Please make sure to pay at the time of purchase. We accept payment through PayPal. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems with the Etsy and PayPal payment process. We'd be happy to help.

Shipping
After We receive your payment We will ship your item within 7 business days. Custom orders may take longer and are determined on a case by case basis.

We now ship most items via First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated in the description. Please contact us to request a different shipping method.

A note to international buyers: Any duties and/or taxes are to be paid by buyer, Penguin & Fish is not responsible for any duty charges. Sorry Canadian buyers, sadly this may apply to you.

Refunds and Exchanges
We cannot currently accept returns. Please contact us if your order is incorrect. Penguin & Fish is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging.

Manufacturing
All Penguin & Fish items are made in the USE in an animal free and smoke free environment.

Tax
Sales tax is charged to Minnesota buyers via Paypal at the time of purchase. Below is the tax breakdown:
Minnesota State residents: 6.875%
Transit Improvement Tax for Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey and Washington County residents: add 0.25%
Hennepin County residents: add 0.15%

Custom Work
Penguin & Fish will occasionally do custom orders. Please contact us if you would like something custom made for you. Custom orders require full payment before work will begin.

Penguin & Fish embroidery patterns are for personal use only and NOT for re-sale. This means you may not stitch Penguin & Fish designs with the intent to re-sell them.

Yes, If you want to use it in conjunction with a story or blog post about our work. Please credit Penguin & Fish along with the use of the work.
