All orders are filled within two weeks and sent via USPS.
Please contact us via e-mail
if you have any questions regarding an order or would like to place
a custom order. At this time, we cannot process payments over the phone
and do not have telephone support for orders.
Shipping & Handling
We ship USPS, Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment. Custom orders will
take longer and we will notify you of an approximate delivery time for
custom orders. Shipping & handling rates are as follows:

You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
During checkout simply click where it says, "if you do not have
a PayPal account, click here" to pay with a credit card.

PayPal. Once your payment is complete, you will be e-mailed a receipt

Returns
Penguin & Fish will accept returns if your item was damaged or broken
during shipment. Please contact
us so we can send you a replacement. Penguin & Fish cannot accept
product refunds at this time. All sales are final.
